The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for IBPS RRB XIV Recruitment 2025, inviting applications for 13,217 posts of Office Assistant and Officers (Scale I, II & III) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs).

The online registration process began on 01 September 2025 and will remain open until 21 September 2025. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website – ibps.in.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as per rules)

Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18 – 28 years
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18 – 30 years
Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21 – 32 years
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 21 – 40 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

Educational Qualification

Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Officer Scale-I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preference to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy, etc.)
Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks.
Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Degree in relevant field (IT, Law, Agriculture, CA, MBA, etc.) with minimum 50% marks.
Officer Scale-III: Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and relevant experience.
